Metacognition


Notes:

'How would a great person act today, how would they feel. Who would I like to be when I live my life, open my eyes.' You can't stay in bed all day til you become this person. Mind is the brain in action. Nerve cells that fire together wire together

Breaking habits of the old self.
Un-memorizing the motion that is stored in the body.
Losing your mind creating a new one, changing your energy.
Reactions determine outcome.

'Should of would of could of'

Emotions drive you.
Learn how to shorten refraction of emotions, regulate.
Meditation creates more coherence. Emotional reactions reduced.

New to meditation, body will buck and kick back. You hone and inhibit its actions. Recondition the body to the mind, break the addiction of the mind. Eide effect = true joy.\

Begin the process of using new hardware in your cells. Use new circuits. Warm up your brain.

Meditiation in dreaming, focus. Moment when fore-brain becomes so active that a thought becomes an experience, the end product will be an emotion. Thoughts become real. body gives the emotional signal. Reproduce same emotional state. Body doesn't liv ein emotions of the past, aligned to new destiny.

Do I want to allow a thought to process? If I allow this thought to pass it will change my brain stem and attitude for the day. This requires a level of authenticity, and awareness everyday.


When you are truly creating, you forget about you. You are so present in the moment. Forget about pain, body, time, identity. Brain changes. Moves to the heart, you feel inspired. The heart guides instead of the mind. Natural state of being.

State of survival, or state of creation.
90% of people live by the emotions of stress. Every time you have a reaction, it is no different from a gazelle being chased. Its all about the self, gazelle concerned about body, environment or time. Not concerned about growth, repair. Every organism designed for short term stress.

We can make thought more real than anything else.Thinking about problems, focus on it, exlude everything else this makes the brain signal the same chemicals.

I want to be happy, I want a good relationship, I want a nice house, I want to be wealthy. Be aware of the unhappiness and emotions driving you that way. Get clear on what you want. Laundry list is your brain. Destiny you are projecting towards. In order to me to be healthy I want to : feel healthy, exercise

Align body and mind and what results in a new way of being.
